Just a quick note to share some exciting news. Earlier this year, I was invited to contribute a personal reflection for a new book by Catholic author and speaker Colleen C Mitchell! I met Colleen in June of 2016 at the Finding Your Fiat women’s conference here in the Peoria Diocese. The book is available at Franciscan Media, and would make a great Christmas gift…even for yourself! (hint, hint) In my brief story, I shared some thoughts on being disabled, yet still knowing I am made in God’s image. Many other women contributed reflections as well, so this promises to be a heartfelt gem of a book! I haven’t read it yet…but I see a book club forming in my living room soon!
